Earliest sporting memory?
Learning as a six year old how to land on my two feet safely after repeatedly getting thrown over the turnstiles at the Kop.
Greatest moment in SCS?
We have had many great moments in seeing some of our young people progress into sporting clubs or back into education after being signposted through our projects. However the visit from Former World Heavy Weight Champion of the World Mike Tyson to a StreetSports gun gang and knife crime project was by far the most hard hitting and valuable experience.
Biggest lesson learned at SCS?
The importance of valued partnership work. Multifaceted community issues need a multifaceted approach.
Only dead ducks go with the flow.
