Do you 'get' the Glycemic Index?

  Last weekend we at Street Sports submitted a post ‘I haven’t got time for breakfast’. We noticed that we had used the term Glycemic Index (GI) of carbohydrates in the  following context: It is essential that we consume breakfast.
